THESIS 54: JEWISH OPPOSITION TO THE KINGDOM

In the Age of the Old Covenant, Jews preferred to live in bondage to a distorted "obedience" to the "Pedagogical Law" (#26), and persecuted the prophets who faithfully explicated the requirements of God's Word.[206] As the New Covenant Age dawned, the Gospel of the Kingdom of Christ[207] was opposed by the Israelites with even greater ferver.[208] This opposition to the Messiah and persecution/seduction of His followers grew especially intense as the final destruction of the Old Age grew closer.[209] The generation of Jews which murdered Christ was the most unGodly generation of people in human history.[210]
